Berkeley Health Ads Manager
Berkeley Health Ads Manager is Berkeley Health’s internal software for managing, auditing and reporting on our clients’ Google Ads accounts. It connects to the Google Ads API so our team can deliver paid-search services to the healthcare and wellness businesses we work with.
What the app does
Reporting and audits. Retrieves campaign, keyword, search-term and conversion performance from the Google Ads accounts we manage, and turns it into audits and client reports.
Recommendations. Uses AI-assisted analysis to help our team spot problems and opportunities, such as wasted spend, budget-limited campaigns and landing-page issues, and to draft proposed changes.
Approved changes. Applies changes to a client’s Google Ads account, such as budgets, bids, keywords, negative keywords and ads, only after a named person at Berkeley Health has reviewed and approved each change. Every change is logged.
Who uses it
Berkeley Health Ads Manager is used only by Berkeley Health staff. It is not available to the public, and there is no public sign-up or login.
How it accesses Google Ads data
The app signs in with Berkeley Health’s own Google account and connects through our Google Ads manager (MCC) account.
It can access only the Google Ads accounts that our clients have chosen to link to our manager account.
It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other personal Google account data.
Google user data is used only to provide our advertising services to the client the data belongs to. It is never sold, never used to train AI models, and never shared except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Control and revoking access
Clients can remove Berkeley Health’s access at any time by unlinking their Google Ads account from our manager account.
Access granted to the app on a Google account can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
