How Relive Health got half its Google leads to book.

Relive Health is a national wellness franchise offering hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy and aesthetics. Our job was to show that Google search could fill the schedule at one of its clinics. It did, and we launched the same setup at a second Relive clinic.

Leads and bookings are the clinic’s own CRM figures for Google paid search.

The brief

Month one was a trial: show that Google search could produce booked consultations, and measure them honestly.

Relive already ran a much larger paid social program with another agency. We got a modest first-month Google budget and one question from the owners: will search bring in patients who book? If the numbers held up, we’d earn a bigger role.

01

Prove it fast

One month and a modest budget, compared side by side with a far bigger paid social program.

02

Leads nobody could trust

The account we inherited had misconfigured conversion goals and broken form redirects, so no one knew what was working.

03

One page for everything

Ads sent every search to one franchise location page, whatever treatment the person had searched for.

04

Strict rules for health ads

Several treatments are restricted on Google. On a brand-new account, one policy mistake could have ended the trial.

Landing pages

One landing page per service.

Someone searching for IV therapy lands on the IV therapy page. Each page leads with its offer, puts the booking form first on phones and follows Google’s health advertising rules.

Why it worked

The path from search to booking.

1The search“iv therapy near me”
2The adMatched to the treatment and the offer
3The pageOne service and offer, form first
4The bookingTracked through to the clinic’s CRM

Message match

The ad, the page and the offer repeat what the person searched for.

Mobile-first booking

Most searches happen on phones, so the form comes first, with tap-to-call.

Verified tracking

Form leads and qualified calls counted, then checked against the clinic’s CRM.

Compliance built in

Copy written within Google’s health policies, so the account never put the trial at risk.
