Marketing for aesthetics clinics and med spas.
We bring in patients who choose a clinic on quality, then keep them rebooking on schedule.
- Google Ads, Meta, SEO and landing pages
- Checked against Google, Meta and FTC rules
- We report cost per booked patient
We’ve worked with 200+ healthcare brands across three continents

A discount fills the calendar once. Med spas grow on patients who come back every few months, for years.
Price-led competition
Patients compare per-unit and per-syringe prices between clinics. Discounting to win them cuts everyone’s margin.
One-time bargain hunters
Deep discounts attract patients who leave when the offer ends. The offers that pay bring in patients who rebook.
Strict advertising rules
Google, Meta and the FTC regulate prescription drug names, before-and-after photos and health claims.
Patients choose the injector
Your providers, your own photography and your track record do the selling.

The rules we follow.
Aesthetics is one of the most tightly policed ad categories. One disapproved ad can pause an account. We check each campaign, page and post against current policy before it runs.
Drug names
Google doesn’t allow bidding on prescription drug brand names without certification. We build campaigns on treatment terms instead.
Before and after photos
Patient photos only with written consent, showing results people can generally expect, checked against current Meta and Google rules.
Honest claims
No outcome promises. Claims and testimonials stay within FTC guidance on health claims and endorsements.
Privacy-aware tracking
Tracking set up to follow HHS guidance on online tracking technologies, with a BAA when the work needs one.
What med spas ask us.
Partly. In the US, Google now allows prescription drug names in ad text and on landing pages, but bidding on them as keywords requires a certification clinics don’t usually hold. We build campaigns around the treatments patients search for, such as wrinkle relaxers, and check any brand-name use against the current policy.
